An American apparel brand came to me paying $63 for every sale on about $13,000 a month in ad spend. Month one, I cut the wasted spend 70% and the cost per sale dropped to $32. Month two it hit $27, the best of the year. Four months later it was still holding at $33. A 47% cut that stayed cut. Pulled from the ad account, not a slide.
